EXE-Lodestar is a Direct control electric chain hoist for lifting applications in full safety.

Based on Lodestar mechanics with the addition of sophisticated EXE control electronics, this is the most complete and high-performance chain hoist available today, responding to the stringent criteria of BGV-C1 regulation. It is available in two versions, Motion and Action.

 

EXE650C1 Motion is the version designed for use alone or in combination; it maintains all the priorities of safety and reliability, but, because it doesn't have a position sensor, can not be used either with an external load cell or in synchronous mode.

- Temporary C1 and D8 mode selection via operator panel

- Load reading during lifting (without load cell)

- Electronic over- and underload control

- Temporary manual over- and underload protection bypass

- Can be linked to EXE series chain hoists and intelligent electronic devices (DataLogger)

- Simultaneous blocking of all linked motors in the event of a fault, even in a single motor.
